Daythree has been named the winner of GBS Asia Awards 2018 in the Contact Centre Operational Excellence category.

This highest corporate category award is to recognise performance across the entire operational spectrum specific to services being offered to the end-user.  Operational excellence spans deployment of capabilities across service delivery, solution’s relevance, people and technology competencies, process excellence and improvements, client value and attainment of outcomes.

The GBS Awards program is the only independent business awards program judged by members of the global industry to recognize and reward excellence in outsourcing. The program is structured and administered jointly by Outsourcing Malaysia and Matryzel Consulting, an independent global advisory and sourcing management firm. These Awards are aimed at recognizing excellence in the field of sourcing, across both organizations and individuals that have greatly contributed to development, enhancement and growth of the outsourcing marketplace.

GBS Asia 2018 honours were presented in more than 30 categories, including Corporate and Individual award categories.  All Awards are instituted under the ambit of the Outsourcing Professional Standards (OPS), owned by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), the world’s only standard-setting body for the sourcing and services globalization marketplace.

“This is another proud moment for all of us at Daythree for sweeping top honours bagging this Operational Excellence Corporate Category award” says Raymond Devedass, CEO.  “We also bagged an Individual Award in the Best Operations Manager category. These winnings were based on enterprise wide assessment and judged by some of the most visionary industry professionals internationally. The competition was immense, so it is truly a reflection of all our initiatives to create a great place to work”.

Winners of the GBS Asia Awards 2018 were determined by an independent panel of judges identified from the length and breadth of the larger services sourcing marketplace, both local and global.
