Fauzil is the Director of Sales & Growth Initiatives (Strategic Accounts) at Daythree, with over 15 years of experience in the banking and contact centre industries. He holds a Bachelorโs in Banking and Finance, an MBA in Information Technology, and certifications as a Registered Coordinator (RC) of COPC and Six Sigma Greenbelt.
Previously, Fauzil served as the Assistant Vice President of Operations at a global financial services companyโs Data Processing Center. During his tenure, he spearheaded initiatives that generated RM170 million in new sales revenue between 2015 and 2017. Since 2006, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership in the contact centre field, earning multiple industry awards for his performance.
At Daythree, Fauzil will not only drive sales and growth initiatives but also serves as the client success director for strategic accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of outcomes that align with client expectations and business objectives.
