Daythree at Selangor Career Outreach (SCOUT) with Universiti Selangor (UNISEL)

We are truly honored to be part of the SCOUT programme, an initiative by the Selangor State Government that focuses on strengthening talent development by connecting academic institutions with industry leaders.

As guest speaker for the Global Business Services (GBS) industry session, our Chief Digital Officer, Mr Chiew, shared perspectives on current industry trends, operational challenges, and the essential skills that are needed for success in this dynamic field.

Our industry experts were also present to engage with the students, making it an inspiring experience filled with enthusiasm and curiosity as they prepare for their future careers.

Today, we wrapped up Customer Service Week 2025, and what a story we’ve written together.

It all began with a mission “Operation Secret Agent” a challenge wrapped in mystery, creativity, and teamwork. From solving fictional crimes to racing through field scavenger hunts, our Rockstars stepped into their roles with passion and purpose. Strategy, quick thinking, and collaboration were on full display as each team worked to crack the code.

Then came the Creative Branding Mission, where each group crafted a unique identity inspired by their assigned CIA country. The video submissions from our Rockstars across the globe were creative, thoughtful, and truly impressive.

Yes, we announced the winning teams. But this week was about something far more important, watching every rockstar rise to the occasion, contribute their best, and have fun along the way.

Daythree celebrates all of you. We see the empathy you bring to your work, the innovation you pour into each task, and the energy that lifts everyone around you. And to top it all off, we ended with Magnum Ice Cream Day — a sweet reward to cool off after a week of action and achievement.

To every Rockstar who made this week unforgettable, Thank you. You are the foundation of our success, and your commitment to excellence makes you champions every single day.

Day 3 of Customer Service Week 2025 at Daythree culminated in a high-stakes investigation as our teams undertook the critical task of identifying the Secret Agent within their ranks. The air was charged with anticipation and strategy, transforming our workspaces into theaters of deduction.

Following this successful, yet tense, mission, formal proceedings gave way to a well-deserved reward. We celebrated the sharp wits and successful collaboration of our Rockstars with a refreshing fruit distribution. Even the best operatives need to recharge their batteries.

What an amazing Day 2 of Customer Service Week 2025! Our Rockstars at Daythree took part in a fun “Mission Possible” challenge.

We all joined an exciting scavenger hunt, running around the building to find secret mission clues and score points. It was awesome to see everyone working together, solving problems, and having a good laugh! Teamwork is what we’re all about here at daythree.

After the mission, it was time for a reward! We ended the day with a sweet celebration and delicious cupcakes for everyone.

Great job to all the Rockstars who took part! You made the day a big success!
