    CHIEW SIN KWANG

    Head, Digital Transformation

     

     

Chiew is the Head of Digital Transformation at Daythree.   He strategizes and aligns all digital aspirations of the organization by infusing cutting-edge technology into business processes to provide insights and innovation driven solutions.

In the early 90s, Chiew was one of the few in the country who knew how to create digital imagery and 3D animation over video.  He helped produce TV game shows for Malaysian television network stations.  He also worked with large MNCs and GLCs to bring multimedia and gamification into their marketing campaigns.

Chiew has over 20 years of experience in the CX Lifecycle Management industry.  He was instrumental in setting up a CX delivery centre in Malaysia with over 900 FTEs for a regional telecommunication organization. He went on to manage their Internet Helpdesk with over 200 FTEs, achieving the targeted CSAT scores for 23 consecutive months from the time operations commenced.

In 2017, Chiew joined Daythree to set-up the Travel, Leisure and Hospitality CX delivery centre with over 150 FTEs. Given his vast experience in technology, he was subsequently promoted to Head of Digital Transformation in 2019 and helped set-up Daythree’s RPA Centre of Excellence.   He went on to set-up one of the largest RPA bot farms in Malaysia, with over 60 digital workers.

Chiew was selected by peers in the industry as “Best Digital Transformation Leader” for three consecutive years between 2019 and 2021 – an award reserved for recognizing leadership aimed at providing best in class digital transformation.  He is certified in Lean Six Sigma, Advance RPA Professional, COPC High- Performance Management Technique and holds a Diploma in Agriculture Engineering.  He is also an Adjunct Mentor at INTI International University & Colleges for Design Thinking, and a member of its Industry Advisory Board for Computing and IT.

Chiew serves as an Executive Committee member of Contact Centre Association of Malaysia (CCAM).  He is a blockchain enthusiast and has a deep passion for process automation.
